1.1. We build community on mutual respect, safety, and trust. Conduct that breaks these principles is not allowed.

1.2. Prohibited:

— Threats of physical harm, violence, or death toward other users;

— Bullying, harassment, stalking, or sexual harassment;

— Discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, sex, or other protected traits;

— Publishing others’ personal data (address, phone, passport) without clear consent (doxxing);

— Creating accounts to harass or insult specific people.

1.3. Violations lead to immediate permanent account ban.

2.1. All content must be safe to view and must comply with the law of your country of residence.

2.2. Strictly prohibited:

— Pornography, child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors;

— Child exploitation, violence against children, or abuse;

— Extremist material, terrorism propaganda, or radical organizations;

— Instructions for making weapons, explosives, or drugs;

— Real violence, cruelty, or death;

— Shocking, distressing, or disgusting content without a clear warning and age gate (18+).

2.3. Adult (18+) and sensitive topics are allowed only if legal in your country and clearly labeled with age-restricted access in the product.

2.4. Violations lead to immediate content removal and account ban.

3.1. The Platform enables selling goods and services via video, live, and listings. We require honesty and transparency in commercial activity.

3.2. Prohibited:

— Selling counterfeit, fake, or illegal goods;

— Deliberately hiding defects or misleading buyers about product traits;

— Fake views, likes, followers, or reviews;

— Fake reviews or paying for negative reviews of competitors;

— Offers to sell drugs, weapons, explosives, or other illegal items (including veiled descriptions);

— Pyramid schemes, scams, and projects with no real product.

3.3. We are not liable for user-to-user deals, but we moderate listings and may remove commercial activity that breaks these Guidelines.

3.4. Violations lead to listing removal and account limits (up to a ban).

4.1. Live streams are public space under the same rules as all other content.

4.2. During a stream it is prohibited to:

— Broadcast violence, dangerous challenges, or acts that threaten life or health;

— Show prohibited items (weapons, drugs) or commit unlawful acts;

— Use the stream to bully, insult, or harass others;

— Involve minors in 18+ content without parental control.

4.3. The host is fully responsible for every guest invited on stage and may remove a guest at any time.

4.4. We may end any stream without notice if it breaks the Community Guidelines.

5.1. We use automated moderation (AI) plus human review.

5.2. Escalating measures for Guideline violations:

— Warning: content removal and user notice;

— Restriction: temporary limits on posting, live, or comments;

— Ban: permanent account ban;

— Law enforcement referral: for crimes (child exploitation, extremism, fraud).

5.3. We may withhold moderation reasons when disclosure would harm safety systems.

5.4. Appeals: email support@arizonflail.com. Appeals are decided within 30 days.

6.1. To report a Community Guidelines violation:

— Use in-app report tools (“Report”);

— Email support@arizonflail.com.

6.2. Include: a link to the content or user; a description of the violation; your contact details if you want a reply.

6.3. Anonymous reports are accepted but may take longer.

7.1. You are fully legally responsible for content you publish on the Platform.

7.2. You warrant that:

— Your content does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, related, personal);

— Your content complies with the law of your country of residence;

— You have all permissions needed to publish (including consent of people shown in video).

7.3. If you breach these obligations, you will indemnify ARIZONFREE LLC for losses from third-party claims.

8.1. We may update these Guidelines at any time. The current version is always on the site.

8.2. Material changes may be announced in the product or by email.

8.3. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
