1.1. ARIZONFLAIL respects third-party intellectual property and expects the same from users.

1.2. This Policy covers uploading content to the Platform and how we receive and handle copyright and related-rights complaints.

1.3. Copyright infringement is serious and may lead to content removal, account limits, and legal liability under Georgian law and the law of your country of residence.

2.1. You keep all rights to content (video, audio, text, photos, graphics) you upload to the Platform.

2.2. By uploading, you warrant that:

— You are the lawful rights holder of all content, including music, footage, images, and sounds;

— You have all licenses, permissions, and consents needed to use the content on the Platform;

— Your content does not infringe copyright, related, personal, or other third-party rights.

2.3. You are fully legally responsible for content you publish.

2.4. If you use music, you must hold a proper license (rights holder license, open library with commercial use allowed, or your own performance).

3.1. It is strictly prohibited to upload:

— Full copies of others’ videos, films, or series;

— Music tracks without the rights holder’s permission (unless public domain or used under a license that allows it);

— Photos, illustrations, or graphics without the author’s permission;

— Recordings of others’ performances, streams, or concerts without the rights holder’s consent.

3.2. Violations lead to immediate content removal and account limits.

4.1. If you believe your content was used without permission, email copyright@arizonflail.com.

4.2. Your complaint must include:

— Rights holder identity: full name and contact details (address, phone, email);

— Content identity: description of the protected work (title, description, original link, creation date);

— Infringement link: a direct link to the material on the Platform;

— Proof of rights: documentary proof (contract, license, registration certificate);

— Good-faith statement: that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law;

— Accuracy statement: that the information is accurate and you are liable for falsehoods;

— Signature: electronic signature or a scanned physical signature.

4.3. Incomplete or incorrect complaints may not be processed.

Step 1 — receive the complaint at copyright@arizonflail.com.

Step 2 — check completeness and correctness (2 business days).

Step 3 — notify the user who posted the content (3 business days).

Step 4 — remove disputed content if the complaint is substantiated (5 business days).

Step 5 — notify the rights holder of actions taken (7 business days).

5.1. We may remove disputed content before the process ends if there are grounds to believe it infringes copyright.

5.2. The user may file a counter-notice if they believe the complaint was mistaken. It must include proof of rights or lawful use.

— First violation: content removal and a warning;

— Repeat violation: suspension of posting for up to 30 days;

— Systematic violations (3+): permanent account ban;

— Especially serious violations: referral to law enforcement.

6.1. Consequences are based on review of all complaints and counter-notices.

6.2. We may withhold decision reasons when disclosure would harm moderation or security.

7.1. You bear full legal and financial responsibility for uploaded content.

7.2. If third parties bring claims related to copyright infringement by your content, you agree to:

— Indemnify ARIZONFREE LLC for all losses (including court costs and lawyers’ fees);

— Resolve the dispute with the rights holder yourself.

8.1. We may update this Policy at any time. The current version is always on the site.

8.2. Material changes are published in the product or emailed to users.

8.3. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
