1.1. This Policy governs collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of ARIZONFLAIL users.

1.2. Using the Platform means you accept this Policy. If you disagree, stop using the Platform.

2.1. Account data: registration (name, email, phone, nickname, birth date); profile (avatar, bio, links); settings (preferences, language, privacy).

2.2. User content: posts (flails, photos, text); communication (comments, DMs, chats); live streams; metadata (upload time, geotags if allowed, duration).

2.3. Technical data: device (IP, device type, browser, OS, screen); logs; cookies (see Cookie Policy).

2.4. Payment data: amount, date, status, transaction ID. Card details are handled by providers; we do not store card numbers, CVV, or passwords.

— Providing the service (contract): feed, publishing, notifications, wallet.

— Security and moderation (legitimate interest): content checks, anti-spam, anti-fraud.

— Product improvement (legitimate interest): analytics, A/B tests, UI optimization.

— User support (contract).

— Legal obligations.

— Marketing only with your consent.

— Account and content: until account deletion or your request.

— Payment data: up to 6 years for tax reporting under Georgian law.

— Security logs: up to 12 months.

— Backups: up to 30 days after deletion.

Important: after account deletion, some data (e.g. chat messages) may remain with other users. We do not delete others’ chats.

We share data only with: technical processors (hosting, CDN, email/SMS); payment providers; analytics (de-identified); authorities on lawful request.

We do not sell or rent your data for third-party marketing without your explicit consent.

Depending on jurisdiction: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent.

To exercise rights, email privacy@arizonflail.com. We respond within 30 days.

7.1. The Platform is not for users under 16 (or older if local law requires).

7.2. If we learn we process data of a user under 16, we will delete the account and related data.

7.3. Parents/guardians may request deletion at privacy@arizonflail.com.

8. We use encryption, password hashing, 2FA, and access limits. On a breach we notify you and authorities as required.

10. Data may be processed in Georgia, the EU, and other jurisdictions under applicable standards (including GDPR).

11. We may update this Policy; material changes appear in-product or by email.
