1.1. These Terms govern use of the ARIZONFLAIL Platform at arizonflail.com and related apps, APIs, and services.

1.2. Using the Platform means full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Platform.

1.3. The Platform is a social network and digital venue for user content, video, live streams, and interaction. User-to-user deals are the users’ own responsibility.

2.1. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 16 (or older if local law requires), you provided accurate data, and you are responsible for all activity on the account.

2.2. Report suspicious account activity immediately to support@arizonflail.com.

2.3. We may suspend, limit, or delete your account without notice for violations of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.

3.1. You keep all rights to content you upload (video, audio, text, images).

3.2. By uploading, you grant ARIZONFLAIL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, publicly display, and distribute your content to operate and promote the Platform.

3.3. You warrant your content does not infringe third-party rights, you have all needed permissions, and it complies with the law of your country of residence.

3.4. Prohibited: calls to violence, extremism, or illegal acts; pornography or any sexual content involving minors; defamation, insults, hate speech; spam, fraud, phishing, malware; copyright infringement.

4.1. Live streams and private rooms follow the same rules as public content.

4.2. The host is responsible for stage guests and stream content.

4.3. We may interrupt or end any stream for rule violations or substantiated reports.

5.1. The Platform uses an internal unit — ARI (or others) — solely to pay for features inside ARIZONFLAIL.

5.2. ARI is not legal tender, e-money, cryptocurrency, or currency in a legal sense. It is a platform accounting unit.

5.3. Top-ups go through third-party providers (PayPal, Volet, etc.). Providers process payments; we do not store card credentials.

5.4. The button amount is the provider charge. ARI credited equals Platform net after provider fees divided by the ARI accounting rate. Provider fees are not reimbursed separately.

5.5. Balance is prepaid access to Platform features, not a bank deposit. We pay no interest, offer no credit, and are not a currency exchange.

5.6. Changing your mind after a top-up does not entitle you to a provider payment refund. Unused ARI may be withdrawn via the product UI (subject to KYC and other rules) at the accounting rate. Withdrawal is not a full refund of the button amount.

5.7. Provider-side refunds only in exceptional cases under the Refund Policy (/legal/refund): payment error, fraud, confirmed outage. If ARI were spent (gifts, subscriptions, paid features), payment refund is unavailable.

5.8. Chargebacks may lead to account freeze/block and balance adjustment until resolved.

5.9. Withdrawals (if available) follow the product UI and may pause until identity verification (AML/CFT).

6.1. The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or compatibility with every device.

6.2. We are not liable for losses including lost profits; user acts; interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure; or data loss not caused by us.

6.3. ARIZONFREE LLC’s maximum liability to a user is limited to amounts paid by that user in the prior 12 months.

7.1. We may moderate, edit, or remove any content without notice if it violates these Terms, law, or ethical norms.

7.2. We may limit, suspend, or permanently block access for users who break the rules.

8.1. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is at arizonflail.com/terms and /legal/terms.

8.2. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

9.2. Disputes are subject to courts at ARIZONFREE LLC’s place of registration (Georgia), unless mandatory local rules require otherwise.

9.3. Before court, parties must attempt amicable settlement.
